Within 15 months, the company had a positive cash flow, a product portfolio of seven products and a direction that was quite different than the original direction.
  • A regional foods distributor wanted to expand its market nationally through specialization and niche marketing. DMc Enterprises developed a national roll-out plan complete with timeframe, critical paths, success criteria and projected budget. Based on the plan, the distributor obtained initial funding.
