DMC Enterprises was founded 20 years ago as an alternative to high priced consultancies and slow-paced internal staffs. Agency founder, Dave McIndoe is a graduate of New York University and has served in numerous senior executive positions for international software and market research organizations. His client experience ranges from international giants Sony, JYSK and Monsanto, to local retailers and B2B service organizations. He helps clients develop marketing and business strategies, and then stays intimately involved with the clients, working closely with them to enact those strategies.

Media Director David Hunziker is a veteran advertising executive with more than 40 years experience servicing a wide variety of businesses including retail, manufacturing, health care and electronics. He specializes in developing cost effective multi-media campaigns and has introduced numerous unique advertising buys, including front page strip ads, award winning billboard campaigns and remnant buys in the New York Times. He is an authority at helping clients get the most from their advertising budgets.

Creative Director Gary Hodgetts has more than 25 years experience in graphic arts design. An expert in digital processing, Mr. Hodgetts is equally adept at designing a four color advertisement or product brochure. He is a graduate of Pratt Institute and has worked on such notable accounts as Herman's Sporting Goods, Reebok, Nike, Verizon, AT&T and NJ Lottery. His ability to turn designs around quickly has saved many harried marketing executives.

Digital Media Director, Melissa Hindle oversees the web development arm of DMc Enterprises, Netwave Interactive Marketing. A graduate of Rutgers University, she works closely with our client base to maximize their return on web investments. This includes training them on our email and search engine optimization programs.
