David McIndoe

President, Founder

Dave McIndoe is a graduate of New York University and has served in numerous senior executive positions for international consulting and market research organizations. His client experience ranges from international giants such as Sony, IBM and BASF, to local retailers, B2B service organizations and numerous financial institutions.. He has formed and developed three successful marketing, consulting and retailing organizations over the past 20 years. He attributes his success to a three-tiered service philosophy: Help clients develop sound and reasonable marketing and business strategies; work closely with the clients to enact those strategies; oversee a talented staff of specialists to provide the latest technologies in a cost efficient manner.

 

Gary Hodgetts

Creative Director / Art Director

Gary Hodgetts leads the creative team, providing creative insight and designing advertising and promotional material for a varied industrial and consumer client list. He has a distinguished professional background including design experience at a Bozell Worldwide, a Manhattan agency. Hodgetts is an expert in using Quark, Photoshop and Illustrator to devise creative visual solutions to our clients’ greatest marketing challenges. He is a graduate of Pratt Institute in NYC.

Accomplishments

Hodgetts plays a key role in developing the ongoing creative strategy behind Delicious Orchards’ successful visual campaigns. A jack of all trades, it’s not uncommon to find him writing a headline or two as well.

Alice Lexa

Controller

Alice has a BS in Finance from Florida State University and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Monmouth University and is a Certified Cash Manager. She worked as a Financial Analyst in the Strategic Business Unit of Prudential for 10 years before joining our team.  Alice manages our financial, human resource, insurance, and business logistics.  She is an expert in the use of Excel as a valuable tool for financial analysis and reporting, particularly in regard to the export and manipulation of information exported from Quickbooks software.

Accomplishments

For clients that need to track complex media budgets internally, Alice developed a self-modifiable and automated spreadsheet that tracks YTD and monthly spending to budget and forecast.   The program incorporates our media buying across print, web, and broadcast and gives our clients an excellent planning and analytic tool.

Alice is also the bridge between our ecommerce sites and client accounting.  Most recently, she trained one of our waste management clients to export Quickbooks to an automated spreadsheet that schedules pickups.  The spreadsheet saves the office manager many hours of manual research every month.

Alice instituted a time tracking system that integrates with her Quickbooks software and developed customized reports that allow Quickbooks to mirror some of the best project management systems available.  Switching to the new system saved our firm over $5,000 in expenses per year and about 10 man hours per month.

 

Deborah Smith

Social Networking Director

Deborah Smith is the founder of Parents With Nannies, Inc., a 10 year old company which operates a network of ecommerce websites serving the Nanny Industry. She began employing email groups and online message boards as marketing and networking tools well before the term "Social Media" was ever conceived. In 2007, she launched a very successful food blog called New Jersey Bites, which welcomes over 5000 visitors per month. In April of 2008, she launched a private Social Network to serve the Nanny Industry. NannyIsland.com now has over 700 members and is the most successful networking platform in the Nanny industry. In December, she spearheaded the Blogging Out Hunger campaign for the Community FoodBank of New Jersey and enlisted over 120 bloggers from across the state to raise money and awareness on a one day "Blogburst." She actively markets Jersey Bites on her Twitter account @JerseyBites which currently has over 2300 followers. She also serves as the VP of Social Media Marketing for the newly formed Jersey Shore Restaurant Week.

Our social networking guru, Smith counsels Netwave Interactive's clients on how to profit from LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and blogging. She brings understanding to what is a very confusing, yet promising, field of communications. Her expertise on social networking has allowed our clients to reach out into specific communities and drive contacts and sales.

Melissa Hindle

Accounts Executive / Digital Media Specialist

Melissa Hindle began by managing office production and has since moved on to handling prospective and active client accounts. Always willing to listen to clients’ needs, Melissa is able to translate their ideas into reality. She is well versed in email marketing, online advertising and conceptual website development, as well as traditional advertising.

Melissa holds a B.A. in Anthropology from Rutgers University, graduating with high honors and an M.A. in Teaching from Monmouth University. She is a certified teacher for grades K-5 and 5-8, Social Studies and Science.

Accomplishments

Melissa’s considerable skills have been put to good use in a wide array of projects including Demand Analysis research for Paparone Home Builders and implementing the Young Consumer program with ShopRite for local schools. She has also implemented successful email and online marketing programs for Bella Vita Ristorante, Liberty Savings Federal Credit Union, Manasquan Savings Bank and Delicious Orchards. She is now overseeing an overall branding and lead generation program for Life Work Strategies.

Adam McIndoe

Account Executive / SEO

Adam McIndoe specializes in Search Engine Optimization, enhancing the reach of client websites through a combination of proven strategies. From driving hits with press releases to analyzing traffic and campaign budgets, McIndoe leaves no stone unturned. His expertise spans all aspects of paid and organic SEO techniques. McIndoe has worked for agencies including ICMediaDirect in Manhattan and has a Marketing degree from Montclair State University.

Accomplishments

With a passion for SEO and an eye for detail, McIndoe helps our clients increase website traffic sharply, while vastly improving the quality of visitors. He oversees our global BASF account and our regional Meridian Health programs, while also serving our many specialized manufacturing and health services clients. He has also written for ConnectThru, a well-respected online marketing newsletter in New York.

Amanda Kerekes

Accounts Coordinator

Amanda Kerekes manages client projects from inception to completion, ensuring efficient communications, detail-oriented ad trafficking and seamless production. A creative thinker, she also assists the creative team with project research, brainstorming and coordination. Kerekes holds a degree in Business Administration from Monmouth University, with a concentration in Marketing and Management.

Accomplishments

Effective production is the cornerstone of any successful agency. With an eye on our current and future success, Kerekes implemented an online production system that increased efficiency by more than 25%.

Erin Whitney

Graphic Artist / Assistant Creative Director

Erin Whitney brings creativity and insight to a diverse range of client projects across numerous industries. Skilled in the full suite of design programs, including Adobe Illustrator, PhotoShop, QuarkXpress, Dreamweaver, and Flash, she designs eye-catching display ads, brochures, posters, billboards, newsletters and logos. Whitney earned her B.F.A. in Graphic Design at Georgian Court University.

Accomplishments

Our resident guru of trade show graphics, Whitney has played a major role in delivering attention-grabbing, high-impact posters, booth graphics and presentations for clients including JMS Plastics and Jarchem Industries. She has applied these skills to our online marketing, brochure design and web design.

Silpa Vadlamudi

Web Developer

Silpa Vadlamudi is well versed in all aspects of website development with programming experience in PHP, C++, Java, VB, .Net Web Services, PL/SQL and experience in databases like Oracle and MySQL.

Silpa received her M.S. in Computer Science from Monmouth University, where she was a Graduate Assistant in the Department of Computer Science. During her Masters she worked on a computational finance project for training a forecast network using international macro economic variables, and as a graduate assistant for system Administrator. She received her B.Tech. in Electronics and Communications Engineering from JNTU, India.

Accomplishments

She is currently interested in rapid website development frameworks like cakephp and web content management systems. Silpa’s recent projects include East Coast Salon Services’ education section, KEF Speakers’ shopping cart and Grant Industries’ product catalog site.

Nancy Lee Bennett

Nancy Lee-Bennett is a partner in Lee-Bennett Associates, a design and production studio established in 1989. She works with our company to provide design solutions for web projects.

She is experienced in a range of design programs including Photoshop, Fireworks, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and QuarkXpress.

Jennifer Yorkanis

Copywriter / Social Media Specialist

Jennifer Yorkanis supports multiple aspects of the marketing field. Serving as copywriter, Jennifer brings originality to websites, online articles and produces numerous press releases for clients. Knowledgeable in many social networking techniques, she has created and maintained not only our company profiles, but those of clients, as well. Taking her expertise in social networking and pairing it with the SEO process, Jennifer has facilitated in generating many new business leads. Jennifer holds a B.A in Public Relations from Rowan University.

Kim Galli

Search Engine Optimization Consultant

Kim Galli is a core member of the Search Engine Optimization team, driving traffic to client websites through strategic SEO practices. An expert in paid and organic search, Galli develops and executes paid search plans with an emphasis on results. To achieve that aim, she manages campaigns, generates reporting and assists clients in exceeding their objectives. Galli has more than eight years of experience in SEO and online marketing. She received a B.A. in Communications from Simmons College..

Accomplishments

After experiencing off-the-charts success with an organic SEO initiative, John Ernst, an industrial client, was able to scale back its paid search program thanks to Kim’s efforts. In the paid realm, Galli helped Barron’s Gate Apartments ramp up their rental business with strategic Google ad buys.
